    Description

    New 12"  White (but has turned candlelight which is a soft ivory) Chainette Fringe Skirt with 1.5" Silver stretch sequin waistband. Laid flat the waist measures 11" and stretches to 13".   Great for jazz, tap, pageants etc.
    The white horizontal thread that you see halfway down the skirt is to keep the fringe from tangling in sewing machines, it is a simple chain stitch that is to be pulled off before wearing.
