Give your deep fryer the same powerful clean you give your dishes with this cleanser, specially formulated for cleaning deep fryers. It contains water softening and cleaning agents (phosphate, sodium carbonate, non-ionic surfactant, chlorine bleach suds control) to give a deep clean. Use one cup (8 oz) per 25 lb of oil capacity of the fryer. FRYER BOIL OUT by CASCADE® PROFESSIONAL is formulated for cleaning deep fryers.
It contains water softening and cleaning agents (phosphate, sodium carbonate, non-ionic surfactant, chlorine bleach suds control) to give a deep clean. Use one cup (8 oz) per 25 lb of oil capacity of the fryer when using for fryer boil out.
This Cascade formula averages not more than 7.0% phosphorus, which is equivalent to 0.9 gram per tablespoon.
INGREDIENTS: Sodium Carbonate (CAS# 497-19-8, tripolypentasodium phosphate (CAS# 7758-29-4), sodium sulfate (CAS# 7757-82-6), sodium silicate (CAS# 1344-09-8), sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate (CAS# 2893-78-9, water (CAS# 7732-18-5).
