AO Smith DSE 50-A200 Commercial Electric Water Heater - 208/V_3PH_45kW
Never used due to electrical problems. Plumbing/electrical connections were made, but unit was never fired up. This water heater was installed over a weekend in a nationally known coffee chain.  There was a problem with the electrical connections and it fried the transformer and possibly the heating element.  Frantic calls to technical support only resulted in having them offer to ship us new parts in 2-3 days.  This wasn't an option as the store would be losing thousands of dollars a day and we would be responsible for losses, so we found another unit to install in its place.  Unit is like new aside from electrical issues. AO Smith should have record of parts needed for repair. Retails for 00+
