I picked this up at an estate sale in the Seattle, WA area of an aircraft maintenance
worker who had worked at Boeing and several other aircraft manufacturing/assembly companies
This is a lever type hand tool that is operator pressure controlled and designed to install Rivnut or Plusnut fasteners
This is used to tighten rivet nuts on sheet metal panels, etc.

It is fully functional and works as designed
The threaded portion that the rivnut screws onto is 14"-24 (1/4" - 24 threads per inch)
Minor signs of wear and use...all of which is expected wear
Measures approximately 12.5" in length when "push rod" is all the way in
