Here is a certified Very Fine 1891 Silver Certificate. Perfect for a type set of clean circulated notes. It has the portrait of William Windom and a tougher type of silver certificate. This is a Fr 245 with signatures by Rosecrans and Nebeker. This note have been graded by PMG as Very Fine 25EPQ. You don't have to trust my grading, trust PMG!
