    Description

    This is for a 1896 Silver Certificate Educational Note - Fr. 248.
    Graded PCGS 30 - Very Fine.  Good ink with great centering.  Noted with a small repair edge tear which is barely visible.
    This is an extremely nice example which looks more an extra fine, only knocked down because of the repair.  If you what a high quality looking note, this is an excellent example - especially for these highly desirable  Educationals that continue to go up in price.  Compare to other similarly graded notes and see the difference - check the pictures for your own assessment.
